Devanshi Vikamsey joined the 亚色影库 in 2019 as an MSc Child and Adolescent Psychology student. She went on to complete her PhD in Psychology at the University in 2024 and was appointed Lecturer in Psychology in the same year.
During her doctoral studies, Devanshi won the Best Poster Presentation award at the Annual PGR Student Conference for three consecutive years (2021, 2022, and 2023) and was the Runner-up at the 亚色影库 Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition in June 2023.

Her research focuses on the transition from university to the workplace, with particular attention to experiences of ostracism, its impact on well-being, and the identity shifts experienced by recent graduates using qualitative research methods. She has a strong interest in social psychology, workplace dynamics, and the psychological well-being of young adults, with an emphasis on identity development and minority experiences. Alongside her research, Devanshi has built extensive teaching experience, having worked as both a teaching assistant and a module leader. She also holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from India, making her a double postgraduate degree holder.
