People and Governance Committee’s responsibilities include overseeing succession planning for the Governing Body and its committees; making recommendations to the Governing Body for appointments to the Governing Body; providing governance oversight for strategic People matters, including the People Strategy; and keeping under review the effectiveness of the Governing Body and its committees.
